This Privacy Policy describes the overall Lovey Online Dating Mobile Application (referred to below "Lovey", "we", "us" and "our") policy, explaining to you how we collect and process information when you use Lovey. We are fully aware of how important it is to keep your personal information confidential, safe and discrete. This Privacy Policy is to inform you what information we collect when you use the Lovey Services, and what information is to be shared by those Companies that has cooperation with us, if any. A.What kind of Information we collects

provides you an intermediary social platform where you can meet and establish and extend social connections with other users in the world, on Lovey you can upload, view and share images, audios and videos. To provide you better services experiences on Lovey we collect different types of data when you choose and use different functions:

a.Information you provide

(1)Information you provide. We collect information you provide when registration in order to use Lovey or during the use of Lovey, including your personal information such as

1) information provided to us when you open a Lovey account or use Lovey Services, including your account name, gender, date of birth, age, city or area, phone number, photos, social media account information (profile photo, gender, etc.), credit card number and/or any other financial information you provide, and any tags you posted about yourself;

2) any information included in your Lovey profile which are visible to other users of Lovey, or information you make available to us via your use of Lovey, which may include your photos, gender, and region or city;

3) information about your and others’ usage of and interaction with the service and our application, including usage by geographies, device and connection information, IP address, device capability, bandwidth, statistics on page views, and network type;

4) information we collect as you use Lovey, which may include:

technical information, such as your mobile carrier-related information, configuration information made available by other programs you use to access Lovey, your IP address, your geological location/country/region/time zone, your device's version and identification number, user settings, and the operating system; and
information about the likes and dislikes you have made using Lovey.

(2)Your use of Lovey. We collect information when you use Lovey, including the time you log in, how long you stay in-app, which function you access to, what content you view, select or like, and duration and frequency of your respective activities.

(3)Networks and connections. We collect information about you choose to view and like on your own Lovey account. You may give us permission to collect your information from services provided by third parties. For example, you may connect a social networking service (“SNS”) such as Facebook or Twitter to your account opened with us. When you do this, it allows us to obtain information from those accounts (for example, your friends or contacts). We may obtain permissions associated with accessing the advertising ID provided by Facebook, which allows Lovey to collect data from users downloading and using Lovey, to improve the user experience and enhance the advertising deployment of Lovey.

b.Device Information

As foregoing mentioned, in order to provide you better service on Lovey, it is also necessary for us to collect data that help us update, optimize, personalize and improve our services to you on Lovey.

(1)Device information. Such as the type and model, operation system of your mobile phone or personal computer, hardware versions, carrier name, IP address, mobile browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari), applications using the Lovey Services and the version of such applications battery level, signal strength, available storage space, browser type, app and file names, and other resembling types. Other device data such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language, time zone, mobile phone number, connection speed and.

(2)Geo-location of your device. Such as GPS or other geo-location data when location services have been enabled when you use Lovey services.

(3)Device identifiers. Device identifiers are those ascribed to it as IMEI, IDFA, Android Advertising DA, serial number of mobile phones, telecommunication operator, or data resembling.

c.Cookies

Cookies are small text files input and store on your device, which enables the features and functionality of Lovey services. Lovey uses its cookies to provide a Re-targeting service only. We receive a cookie when you connect service@lovey.dating and use Lovey Services. We use cookies to remember users’ settings as well as for authentication and analytics, but we may expand our use of cookies to save additional data as new features are added to the Service.

NOTABLY that, the information mentioned under the foregoing Section A are all Non-Personally Related Information ("NPRI"). Such information is gathered by Lovey, so it can be used by Lovey for the purpose of online retargeting only. NPRI information collected by Lovey for providing your better service purposes is completely anonymous. None of the NPRI information, under any circumstances, individually or grouped together, can be traced back to a specific individual, and, upon expiration of one-year period of collection, all NPRI will be routinely destroyed.

B.How we use such information

a.Purposes

We may use your Information for any of the following purposes:

1) to provide services to you (including both the services currently provided by us via Lovey and the services to be rendered by us via Lovey in the future);

2) to personalize and improve our services and your experiences when you use our services by, among other things, suggesting friends or profile information, or customizing the content we show you, including ads;

3) to respond to inquiries, for the purposes of customer service, security, archival and backup purposes in connection with providing services of Lovey;

4) to monitor and analyse usage and trends of our services;

5) to enhance the safety and security of our products and services;

6) to verify your identity and prevent fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity;

7) to enforce our Terms of Use and other usage policies.

Lovey allows you to share text messages, photos, screenshots, videos and other communications in the Lovey application with other users, and if you choose to do so your text messages, photos, screenshots, videos and other communications will be stored on our servers. In addition, if you choose to share these items with other Lovey users, we may not be able to remove them from our servers or make them unavailable to anyone you have shared them with. Sending and sharing text messages, photos, screenshots, videos or other communications in the Lovey application is your decision. By choosing to share that information, you should understand that you may no longer be able to control how that information is used and that it may become publicly available (depending in part on your actions or the actions of others with whom you have shared the information). Lovey is not responsible for any use or misuse of information you share.

b.Transfer and Storage

We operate and may continue to operate servers in a number of jurisdictions around the world, so the server on which your personal information is used and stored may not be in your jurisdiction. We may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information, from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. The laws of the place where information is collected, processed or used may not be as comprehensive or protective as the laws of the country where you live. If you are located in the European Union, please note that we will only transfer information, including personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”).

You consent to the transfer of your personal information (both inside and outside of your jurisdiction) for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

C.How such information is shared

Sharing on Lovey app

1) Public information in your profile can be seen by anyone. Please do not post or add personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available.

2) Your active status or usage information is collected and displayed to other users (e.g. whether you are currently active on Lovey).

Sharing with third-party partners

By using Lovey, you agree to the third-party use, sharing, and transfer of your personal information (both inside and outside of your jurisdiction) as prescribed in this Privacy Policy.

1) Measurement partners.

We may share information about you in anonymous and/or aggregated form with third parties for usage analytics (to help us better understand who is using our services and how), and for industry analysis, research, and other similar purposes.

2) Partners offering services in Lovey

Your information may be accessed and used by our service providers who are working with us in connection with the operation of our services. These service providers may have access to your information but only to the extent necessary to perform services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose that information or use it for any other purposes. These providers will collect the information sent by your mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer, and their use of that information is governed by their applicable privacy policy.

3) Law enforcement

We may share information about you if we are (or if we believe we are) required by law or legal process (such as a subpoena, warrant or court order), if we have to respond to a lawful request from legal authorities to disclose such information, or if we need to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service or our other policies.

4) New owner

If we are acquired by a third party or may re-organise our group structure, your information may be transferred within our group and/or to a third party who will continue to operate Lovey or similar services under either this Privacy Policy or a different privacy policy which will be notified to you. The party to which your personal information is transferred may be located, and use your Information, outside of your jurisdiction.

Other than as permitted under this Privacy Policy or as otherwise consented to by you or as required by law or legal process, we will not transfer your personal information to any other third parties for their processing for any purposes.

D.How to manage your information on Lovey

You can access and modify the information you provided to us through your account.

If you believe your information posted on Lovey is not authentic or accurate and can provide us with reasonable proof regarding this, you can require us via the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy to correct these unauthentic or inaccurate information and we will use reasonable efforts to honour your request; however, we may retain an archived copy of your information as required by law and/or for record keeping purposes.

Once your account is closed or deleted, you will no longer have access to your message history, preferences or any other information associated with your use of our services. Even after you remove information from your account or profile, copies of that information may remain viewable elsewhere, to the extent it has been shared with others, it was otherwise distributed pursuant to your privacy settings, or it was copied or stored by other users. Additionally, we will retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce the Terms of Service. We will retain de-personalized information after your account has been closed.

In some cases, we may not be able to update, amend or remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know why we are unable to do so, for example, certain requests may require disproportionate technical effort or extremely impractical, or are prohibited by law.

Since Lovey will be used in multiple jurisdictions and we may not be possible to identify all the inconsistency between certain terms of this Privacy Policy and the applicable law in your jurisdiction, thus you agree to notify us once such inconsistency is identified by you. Under this circumstance we will take necessary methods to eliminate such inconsistency, including deleting this personal information improperly collected or used by us.

E.Security

At Lovey, the security of your information is our utmost priority, and we take many strict measures in order to protect our data from unauthorized access, and unauthorized disclosure or destruction of data. Our data is only stored in centers that provide the highest quality security for your information. Physical access is strictly controlled both at the perimeter and at building ingress points by professional security staff utilizing video surveillance, and other electronic means.

F.Limitation of Liabilities

Lovey has no direct control over, nor does it bear any of the responsibility for the privacy policies and/or content of any sites or on Lovey Services, or the data these sites might deposit on your hard drive.

G.Changes to this Privacy Policy

All changes to this Privacy Policy may be made any time and from time to time where we deem necessary and appropriate, and will be effective when they are posted on this page. When we change the policy in a material manner, we will give you a notification via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site, Software and/or App, prior to the change becoming effective. If you do not or no longer agree with such changes, please stop your access and use of the Site, Software, App and other Services.
